- CHANGES to SCHEDULE: The schedule previously briefed at the Industry Day, held on June 23, 2016, is no longer valid. DTRA continues to conduct market research at the present time. Later this fall, DTRA will update this FBO posting to announce the anticipated release date of a draft RFP. After the release of the draft RFP, DTRA intends to hold a second industry day. The date and time for the second industry day will be announced under this FBO posting. The industry day will be conducted on an one-on-one basis for companies interested in responding to a solicitation for the resulting requirement.
