- Statement of Work RFQ Synopsis Solicitation Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tank Fill Service: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number SP4703-16-Q-0075 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is a firm-fixed price award with Economic Price Adjustment for the material only. Refer to solicitation for further details. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325120 (Industrial Gas Manufacturing). The small business size standard is 1000 employees. Department of Labor Wage Determination will be based on location of the service provided. Partial proposals will not be accepted. This requirement is to provide liquefied petroleum gas to DLA Installation Support at Richmond. The Contractor shall provide delivery services of 120 filled propane tanks, approximately 5,280 gallons per year. Requirement must be completed as stated in the Statement of Work; unless otherwise coordinated and approved by the customer and the contracting officer. Performance period will be a 12-month base period plus two 12-month options periods. Contractor shall provide pricing for each 12-month period based on 120 tanks. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirement stated in the Statement of Work and the solicitation. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR and ORCA, go to System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
