- Single Source Justification This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). The source is: EAGLE CRUSHER COMPANY, INC P.O. Box 537 Galion, OH 44833 NAICS 333120 The requirement is for: Eagle Rock Crusher Blow Bars New Cutler Hammer VFD - Eagle Crusher UltraMax 1000-15 Business Size: Small Business Eagle Crusher Company, Inc is the original equipment manufacturer of this Crushing Equipment. They specify the programming required in the components that make up this equipment to be Eagle Crusher Specifications. Replacement parts purchased from Eagle Crusher equipment are guaranteed to meet these specification. Eagle Crusher system is utilized by the 820 RHS, Nellis AFB, NV. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Responses must be received by 08/17/2016 at 12:00 PM PST.
