- This is a modification of a previous announcement of solicitation R15PS01504 dated August 31, 2015. This is a modification of a synopsis and not a request for quote. The synopsis is modified as follows: FROM: This requirement is for Janitorial services for Columbia Cascades Area Office and Yakima Field Office located at 1917 Marsh Road, Yakima WA 98901. A site visit will be held on August 18, 2015 at 10:00AM at the location. All attendees must send their company name, list of individuals attending, and contact information no later than 5:00PM PT on August 17, 2015 to Marisol Bastiani at mbastiani@usbr.gov. TO: Janitorial Services at Yakima, WA. The US Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) has a requirement for janitorial services at the Columbia Cascades Area Office and the Yakima Field Office, Yakima, WA. This was a total small business set-aside for a base year with options for four (4) additional years and an additional six month extension period IAW 52.217-9 and 52.217-8. Purchase Order award number R15PX01198 for total dollar amount of $78,372.00 was awarded on 9/21/2015 to Management Engineering Associates, LLC. Reclamation intends to exercise option year 1 of this requirement in accordance with FAR Part 17.207.
