- SOW and Annex I RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This procurement will utilize Far Part 15 procedures. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation number is RFQ0010143 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310. The Federal Bureau of Investigation requests open market pricing for an Interview Recording Management Solution and Portable Interview Recording Management Solution. Offerors need to only provide quotes for the solution they want to be considered for. This procurement will include installation, training, engineering services and maintenance services to be provided in Quantico, VA, Manassas, VA and Baltimore, MD. Due date for Questions is August 24, 2016 at 1:00 PM EST. Questions submitted outside the format provide in the RFQ will not be answered. Submission of Quotes is due September 12, 2016 at 1:00 PM EST. Extensions will not be granted. Failure to submit all information may result in your quote being disqualified from this procurement.
