- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12 in conjunction with simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 will be used. Solicitation# RFQ VA247-16-Q-1017 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88, effective June 13, 2016. NAICS code is 332420 with size standard of 750 employees. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted by 12:00pm EST August 16, 2016.
