- Simulator Characteristics This Sources Sought Notice is to determine the availability of cesarean section simulators the encompass a range of situations. See attached list for require characteristics. Currently we are only interested to determine if there are any training devices that can perform all fo the abilities listed on the attachment. Responders should be aware that this notices is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a pre-solicitation notice, Request for Proposal, or a Request for Quote. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation. This Government will not pay for any information submitted as a result of this announcement. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a pre-solicitation notice will be published.
