- The following questions have been asked and are now answered by the US Government. Does the exterior parts of the shelter need to be special for the corrosive environment? Does the door need to be stainless steel? Does the air conditioner need to have a coastal coating? These are considered extra options that you may want to address in your quote. If you do not address them you will not be penalized for leaving them out. If you do address them, please price these options and describe what you will be doing to install them on the shelter.
