- Contractor Furnished Spare parts list Aircraft Refueler (2k gallon) Contractor Furnished Spare parts list Aircraft Refueler (6k gallon) TIQ Aircraft Refueler truck (2k gallon) TIQ Aircraft Refueler truck (6k gallon) Specification Aircraft Refueler truck (2k gallon) Specification Aircraft Refueler truck (6k gallon) This is a Sources Sought, Request for Information (RFI) notice for the following commercial items to support the Government of Bulgaria, Ministry of Defense: -Aircraft Refueling truck (6000 gallon), 1 (ea.) with 1 (Lot) of Contractor Furnished Spare parts and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) vehicle operator and maintenance training to be performed in Bulgaria. -Aircraft Refueling truck,(2000 gallon), 2 (ea.) with 1 (Lot) of Contractor Furnished Spare parts and OCONUS vehicle operator and maintenance training to be performed in Bulgaria. -Delivery is FOB Origin -RFID tags will be required. -This procurement will be solicited as a one-time buy - "All or none". -In order to submit a price proposal the contractor will be required to provide pricing for the total requirement consisting of 6k and 2k gallon refueler vehicles, spare parts and OCONUS training to be performed in Bulgaria. -The vehicles are to be manufactured in accordance with the attached 6k and 2k gallon vehicles Specifications and Technical Information Questionnaires (TIQs), and provide pricing for the Contractor Furnished Spare parts listed on the attached two vehicle spare parts matrix. -This is NOT a formal Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government is seeking parties interesting in this purchase opportunity. If your company is interested and can provide the vehicles, spare parts and training in accordance with the attached specs and TIQs, please provide your company responses to the following questions VIA EMAIL to Mr. Vernard L. Moore, Contract Specialist, Vernard.L.Moore.civ@mail.mil Interested parties company information: 1) Company name and point of contact. 2) Company Federal Cage Code (if assigned) and Dun number. 3) Company business size classification (Large/Small) based on the assigned procurement NAICS code: 336120 Heavy Duty Truck Manufacturing - 1000e. 4) State if company is a U.S.A or International based company. 5) Provide the trucks availability and proposed delivery schedule for all vehicle quantities. 6) Provide a Rough Order of Magnitude price (can be a range) on a per vehicle basis. 7) State any issues that would prevent your company from submitting a price proposal (i.e. company not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)).
