- SF-1449 Cobble Stone Pavers The contractor shall supply and deliver Cobble Stones Pavers with a Distressed/Tumbled finish to the Cross Lake Recreation Area. The US Army Corps of Engineers' Cross Lake Recreation Area is located 25 miles northeast of Brainerd, Minnesota on county road 66 in Crosslake, Minnesota. The pavers shall have the following features: • 3 brick random pattern, with approximate sizes of 3x6, 6x6, and 6x9. The laying ratio shall be 1:1:1 • The number of pavers required for the soldier course shall be calculated based on the pavers being installed vertically with the 3" dimension of the paver perpendicular to the length of the path (face to face, not side to side). • Pavers shall be made of concrete. • The pavers shall comply with the requirements of ASTM C936/C936M. • The color pattern shall be a blend in the tan, brown and charcoal tones. Base Order shall consist of: • 1,400 square feet of Cobble Stone distressed/tumbled pavers o The 1,400 square feet of Cobble stone shall include 560' of 3"x6" soldier course Each Option shall consist of: • 50 square feet of Cobble Stone distressed/tumbled pavers o The 50 square feet of Cobble stone shall include 20' of 3"x6" soldier course
