(Times remain unchanged) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for a Restoration of Laboratories, Building 15, Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado 80225 USA in accordance with the FedConnect posted solicitation. A copy of this combined synopsis/solicitation may be accessed at FedConnect, www.fedconnect.net using Reference Number G16PS00734. Solicitation G16PS00734 is being issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 36, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the magnitude disclosure of the Government ¿s estimate is between $100,000 and $125,000. An organized site visit has been scheduled for 08/23/2016, 1000 Local Time. Vendors intending to attend the site visit must send an email to Eva Bryson ebryson@usgs.gov not later than 1200 Local Time on 08/22/2016.
