- 52.232-18 -- Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Eielson AFB, Alaska has an Arch Shelter requirement. The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, and equipment to perform the work required, in strict accordance with specifications at Eielson AFB, Alaska. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Delivery and installation shall commence within 60 calendar days from contract award. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311, with a small business size standard of 750 EMP. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site ( www.fedbizopps.gov ) on or about 19 August 2016. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors should register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. All Offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
