- Q&A 1 UPDATE NOTICE-------------------------------------------------------- Aug 12- Question & Answers Document 1 has been posted. SOLICITATION NOTICE-------------------------------------------------------- The solicitation and its attachments are now posted. The set-aside is small business only. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE---------------------------------------------------- A solicitation will be posted on or before August 12, 2016 for the replacement of the roof surfaces on multiple facilities owned by the Modoc National Forest in Adin, Alturas, and Canby, California. The schedule consists of a base quote plus additional facilities as contract options. The desired start date is September 5, 2016 and the contract time is 60 calendar days. The project will be set-aside at least to small business and may be further set-aside to a more specific concern. Any and all amendments, Q&A documents, other clarifications and award notification will be made to this notice on FBO.gov. No advance notice of award will be made to any party except the Awarded Contractor.
