- SF30 Amendment 0002 RFP HSCG23-16-R-MDF064_12AUG2016 Tracked Changes RFP HSCG23-16-R-MDF064_12AUG2016 This announcement is for interested contractors who are capable of providing extended duration respiratory protection systems. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services. The full details are providied in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) and supporting documents. AMENDMENT 0001 Attached is the Amendment 0001 SF30 with the statement of changes to the Request for Proposal. The main changes are to the response date for proposals and the replacement of the word rebreather with respirator. See the SF30 Amendment 0001 for full details and the revised attachments to the Request for Proposal. Tracked changes versions of the attachments are also provided. All communictions shall be sent to Mr. Jackson McClam as Ms. Amber Gray is no long a point of contact for this solicitation. A tracked changes version of the document is also attached.
