- SOL: W9124M-16-B-0022 NOTICE: SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS CHANGED FROM 0018 TO 0022 DESCRIPTION: RENOVATE BATHROOMS, FIRE STATION, BLDG. 457, FORT STEWART, GA. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Stewart, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB), to award a single firm fixed price contract to RENOVATE BATHROOMS, FIRE STATION, BUILDING 457, FORT STEWART, GA. The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with the Canopy installation completed in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following items: Work to be Done: The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with renovate bathrooms, locker room, dressing, shower and toilet rooms, complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following items: Steam clean all ceramic wall and floor tiles to include trims and reseal ceramic. Replacing doors and door hardware, suspension ceiling systems, ceramic tiles as called out on drawings, toilet partitions, water closets, urinals. Installing urinal screens, replacing lights, wall receptacles, light switches, smoke detectors, HVAC grilles, sink valves, under the countertops drain piping and shut off valves and repairing drywall ceiling and walls as needed. Replacing countertops and installing new Corian countertops with molded sinks, wall lockers, carpet, vinyl cove base, shower curtains, shower hooks, shower rooms benches. Replacing mirrors, toilet paper holders, paper towel dispensers, towel bars, soap dishes, and accessories and painting. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Hubzone Businesses under NAICS code 236220. The small business size standard is $36.5 million. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Contract performance time is 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Information concerning the Hubzone program can be found at http://www.sba.gov/content/hubzone. Solicitation Number W9124M-16-B-0018, will be available through FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. Potential Bidders are responsible for monitoring ASFI for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. Information regarding date and time of an organized site visit will be contained in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about August 15TH, 2016. In order to be eligible for award All Bidders MUST: Be registered in the Central Contractors Registration Database and ORCA both of which have been consolidated in the System for Award Management (SAM). Registration for both systems may be accomplished at www.sam.gov Paperless File System: MICC-Fort Stewart is operating a paperless contracting file system. A minimum of one copy of each document submitted to the contracting office shall be in an electronic format. Acceptable formats are PDF, DOC(x), XLS(x), TXT, JPG and XPS. All submissions shall include one (1) CD with all required documents and one (1) paper copy of each bid.
