- This is NOT a Request for Proposal. Please review the attached PWS, and follow the steps outlined below: 1. Provide your notice of intent to submit a Proposal in response to Process & Knowledge Management Division Research Support via email to matthew.newell@va.gov. Please provide your response to this RFI no later than (5:00PM August 16, 2016). *** If your firm has responded to previous RFIs for this effort, no additional response is required at this time*** If you indicate that you intend to submit a Proposal, please also respond to the following: a.Please provide a brief description of your technical approach and capabilities to complete the tasks within the PWS b.Please provide a rough order of magnitude for the completion of the below; a.1 Large Research Study b.1 Small Research Study c.10 Vendor on Demand Profiles c.Please indicate if your firm is a contract holder on any GWACs or Supply Schedules. Please limit your technical capabilities and understanding response to 10 pages. 2. If you are a small business please indicate your ability to perform as a small-business set aside if those solicitation procedures were utilized. This is a request for information and does not obligate the Government in any way, nor does it commit the Government to any specific course of action.
