- Notice of Intent to Sole Source THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL-- In pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of Joint Service Provider (JS) intends to award a firm fixed price bridge contract with a four month period of performance on a sole source basis to NetCentrics Corporation, 205 Van Buren St, STE 420, Herndon, VA 20170.
