- W911WN-16-R-8006-0001 W911WN-16-R-8006 Amendment 0001 has been posted on 12 August 2016. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Cancel the organized site visit scheduled for 16 August 2016 and 2) Replace provision FAR52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) (Feb 1995)-Alternate I (Feb 1995) with FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) (Feb 1995). As no confirmations for the organized site visit scheduled for 16 August 2016 have been received, the organized site visit has been cancelled. The Opekiska Locks and Dam Whiteday Creek Bridge is located on a publicly accessible road leading to the locks and dam and offerors interested in viewing the site may still do so. Offerors are encouraged to view the site located at: Opekiska Locks and Dam 1241 Opekiska Road Fairmont, WV 26554-8760 Due to the importance of maintaining the schedule for this project, it is requested that all questions regarding the specifications and/or drawings be submitted by 11:00 A.M. Eastern, 22 August 2016. All questions must be in writing and may be emailed to ryan.moore@usace.army.mil or faxed at 412-395-7110 to the point of contact listed for this solicitation. Any questions received after the above date will be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
