- This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Verbal explanations given before award will not be binding. Any authorized changes will be made in writing by issuing amendment(s). Interested parties shall acknowledge receipt of amendment via e-mail. A Site Visit is scheduled on 22 Aug 16 at 10:00 a.m. CST. Interested vendors, that would like to see the site, is responsible for making pre-arrangements with the Contract Administrators (info above) prior to site visit to get temporary access on base.
