- Amendment 3 Amendment 3 posted Amendment 2 posted Amendment 1 posted Solicitation posted --------------------------------------------------------------------- Lost Island Dredge Material Site Unloading The project consists of transferring over 400,000 cubic yards (up to approximately 1.3 million CY) of stockpiled dredge material from Lost Island (Buffalo County, WI) via mechanical and/or hydraulic excavation methods to the West New ton Chute area (Wabasha County, MN). Lost Island is without road access and has historically been used for the placement of material dredged from the main channel of the Mississippi River. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside and w ill result in a firm-fixed-price contract. The total estimated price for the Base requirement and Options is betw een $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 237990 w ith a small business size standard of $36.5 million. This is general construction, per FAR 52.219-14 the contractor shall perform at least 15% of the cost of the contract w ith its ow n employees.
