- 6NJ0170 Parking Requirement U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Jersey City: Newark Delineated Area: South: W Kinney St to E Kinney St West: Nevada St to Court St to Broad St North: Franklin St East: McCarter Hwy to Walnut St to Mulberry St Space Type: Parking Parking Spaces (Total): 45 Parking Spaces (Surface): 45 Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 45 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Structure and secure parking spaces for the exclusive use of the Government with no public access is required. All parking must be enclosed, with 24/7 access, and must be secured and lit in accordance with Security Requirements set forth in the lease and ICE’s Internal Security SOW. Parking Security Requirements will be highly individualized based on facility needs and should be addressed in the site selection phase of the project.
