- Acronym List DRAFT SOW - Prevention of Mosquito Borne Diseases Through Vector Control RFI Letter - SOL-OAA-16-000179 USAID/Washington is contemplating an IDIQ award with the goal of preventing mosquito-borne diseases through vector control. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for two purposes: 1. To solicit information, opinions and recommendations on approaches for the implementation of this activity from the industry; and 2. To solicit expressions of interest from the industry. USAID may revise the concept based on comments received, but it is not obligated to do so. This RFI is open for comments from any interested parties including Small Businesses, HUBZone firms, Service Disabled Small Businesses, Woman Owned Small Businesses, and Small and Disadvantaged Small Businesses.
