- The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to solicit and negotiate a (60) day extension on contract number HHM402-10-D-0013-0002, Enterprise Operation (EO) Services, based on the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. This task order is a current award under the Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (SITE) Contract. All SITE awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with BAE Systems Information Solutions for Enterprise Operation (EO) Services. This short-term bridge contract extension to the existing task order will allow time for a task order competition to be completed under the Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) contract. The E-SITE contract is currently under a stop-work order due to post-award litigation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Description of Supplies or Services: The requirement is to extend the existing Enterprise Operation Services (EO) task order (from 9/16/2016 to 11/15/2016) will allow the Chief lnformation Office (CIO) to continue to provide the core back office IT services to operate, maintain, and advance DoD Intelligence Information Systems (DoDIIS) Enterprise capabilities and functions (intelligence mission applications, business applications, messaging, collaboration, communications, and infrastructure). Support encompasses domains such as JWICS, SIPR, NIPR and StoneGhost. Support for other domains may be requested as resources allow to meet agency needs. Services required to be performed are listed as follows: 1. Operations of Enterprise Shared Application Services 2. Application and Web Development, Maintenance, and Content Management Services 3. Database Development and Maintenance Services 4. Enterprise Intelligence Mission Applications, Business Systems, Infrastructure and Collaboration Services 5. DoDIIS Messaging Operations 6. System Event Monitoring for Enterprise Applications, Systems, and Core Services 7. Systems Administration for Virtual and Physical Enterprise Servers 8. Storage Services for Enterprise Storage Systems 9. Enterprise Server and Workstation Patch Management 10. Enterprise Hardware Infrastructure Maintenance Services 11. System Account Migration Services Place of contract Performance is various CONUS and OCONUS locations. All work is at TS/SCI Level. The projected cost for this 60 day extension is $7,931,445.00.
