- Geotechnical Report Specifications Wage Determination: General Decision Number AZ160032 Drawings SOW Solicitation (FA4887-16-R-0009) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a proposed contract action as required by FAR 5.2. The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, AZ has issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of Repair Central Chilled Water Plant Foundation, B547, at Luke AFB, AZ. The requirement includes all necessary demolition, construction, and testing to perform work as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW); all work shall be performed at Luke AFB, AZ. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 238110 (Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors) and the Small Business Size Standard is $15.0M. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract will be awarded as a result of this notice/solicitation. The Government anticipates a Total Small Business set-aside solicitation and award. In addition to the fore mentioned, the government seeks to award to an offeror who gives the Air Force the greatest confidence that it will meet the requirements affordably. The magnitude of this contract is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 as cited in FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects. The anticipated solicitation and all subsequent notices and amendments will be issued via FedBizOpps on the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, plans or bidders mailing list will be issued from this office. The government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to this solicitation notice. The closing date of this solicitation is 12 September 2016, therefore, proposals must reach this office by 0900 hrs local time.
