- This solicitation will contain a MANIFOLD,FUEL,GUIDE. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Definitive Quantity Contract, for a firm fixed price buy with no option for a QTY of 43 ea. This is a 1C item. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestrictive. FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This item is a part number from approved source(s) of supply: SMITHS TUBULAR SYSTEMS-LACONIA CAGE 78570 P/N 8477-460660-5 & LOCKHEED MARTIN CAGE 80070 P/N 8477-460660-5. Item is a Government First Article Testing. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Required delivery is 440 days ARO with FAT. It is not a Critical Safety Item. Item is not commercial. The item is a Critical Application Item. The solicitation issue date is on or about August 29, 2016. The anticipated aviation award date is October 29, 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP) under the solicitation heading.
