- Attachment J.4 Wage Determination Attachment J.3 Photo Attachment J.2 Site Plan Attachment J.1 Specifications AG-82BH-S-16-0038 Sect B to M SF 1442 AG-82BH-S-16-0038 Solicitation Notice The Pike & San Isabel National Forests Cimarron & Comanche National Grasslands, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the Proposed Devils Head Repeater Shed Installation Project, located within the South Platte Ranger District Office. Specifically at the Forest Service Road 300 North, Devils Head Communications Site Number 3. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237130, titled Power and communication Line and Related Structures Construction, with a size standard of $36.5 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Magnitude of contract is below $25,000.00. Contract time is 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Contract work for this project consists of decommissioning and hauling away existing radio shed, delivering and installing new radio shed, and performing all non-communications electrical work necessary to make facility operational. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. All responsible quoters will be considered for award. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
