This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is W912DY-16-T-0331, and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 are included in the attached solicitation. The associated NAICS code is 339999 and 314999. Questions and Answers: Any questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Brandalyn Fox, via email, at Brandalyn.L.Fox@usace.army.mil and CEHNC-CT-IO&T-IMF-QUOTE@usace.army.mil. No later than 4:00 P.M. Central Time on 26 August 2016.
