- Return Packet Solicitation This project is located on the Hebo Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, Yamhill County, Oregon. Estimated start work date is July 1, 2017 through August 30, 2017; period of performance is 60 calendar days. The successful Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to perform road decommissioning or road closing in identified work areas. Work may consist of hauling excavated material, restoring of stream channels, mulching, installing barricades, removing culverts, and other work as requested. This solicitation will be available for download from the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about August 12, 2016. Note: Prospective awardees MUST be registered, and active, in the System for Award Management (SAM) database with NAICS Code 115310 to be awarded a Federal Government Contract.
