- HSTRU Description for Purchase HSTRU Request for Information The Government anticipates future requirements for approximately 106 units of the Hydraulic System Test & Repair Unit (HSTRU). The HSTRU is a trailer mounted repair shop. Contractor effort includes fabrication and assembly of a welded enclosure onto a Government furnished trailer as well as installation of various commercial items. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit responses to the attached market survey.
