- To: Prospective Quoters To: Prospective Quoters Subject: Request for Quotations (RFQ) SEI30016Q0024 The Embassy of the United States in Dublin, Ireland is currently seeking quotations from suitably qualified vendor for external painting services to two (2) residences per specifications attached. This is a public tender which is also posted on our website here: https://ie.usembassy.gov/contract-solicitations/ A public site visit is scheduled for Thursday, August 4, at both locations 9.00AM US Ambassador's Residence, Deerfield, Phoenix Park, Dublin 8 10.00AM Deputy Chief of Mission Residence, 7 Mespil Road, Dublin 4 Prospective contractors are encouraged to visit the site before submitting proposals. Those interested in attending must provide details at least 24hrs in advance of the meeting. No more than 2 representatives per contractor will be admitted. Quotations are due on or before Friday, August 12, 2016, at 15.00 Please quote the RFQ number on your correspondence.
