Description

The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Federal Resources for the item/service specified below provided by the technical points of contact and included in the contract file, in support of the Software Engineering Directorate (SED) of the U.S Army Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. This requirement is to acquire one (1) JRE-3G System, Semi-Rugged (7U Transit Case, Keyboard/Display, and one (1) year of help desk support. The Software Engineering Directorate (SED) Apache Lab requires this system, which will be used by the Lower Tier Project Office (LTPO) PATRIOT Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) team as a mobile test tool on related systems already fielded in the Air Defense Community. Authority cited: FAR 6.302-1(c) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Required lead time - 30 Days after award of contract.
