- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation VA119A-16-Q-0120 issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 effective March 7, 2016. The NAICS Code is 332992 "Small Arms Ammunition Manufacturing". The Small Business size standard is 1250 employees. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. Only offers from firms that are certified to meet Small business size standard will be considered.
