Description

Competition is limited to Hub-Zone Contractors. Work will consist of Replacing the Roof of the Historic Lewis Barn. The Solicitation Number is P16PS01778. The Project Magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. One (1) firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages for Frederick County, Maryland will apply. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 with a size standard of $15 million. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or e:mail copies of the solicitation. In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must provide a DUNS number and be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
