- RFQ HC1028-16-T-0170 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested IAW the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a notice that this order is a TOTAL SET-ASIDE for SMALL BUSINESS (100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a)). Only quotes submitted by small businesses will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not small business will not be considered for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332420. For the purposes of this procurement, the small business size standard is 750 Employees. This requirement is for the discounted pricing to replace two end of life Above Ground Storage Tanks (AST's) by purchasing and installing two new ConVault AST's (one new 2000 gallon and one new 5200 gallon); Remove and dispose of the two old AST's (one 2000 gallon and one 5200 gallon), located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Wahiawa Annex, Buildings 669 and 109. Please submit quote in accordance with the below specifications and RFQ requirements. Please submit quote in accordance with the below specifications, attached PWS, and all RFQ requirements. Please see Attached Files for Full information. Only one award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. All proposals shall be received by email to timothy.s.still.civ@mail.mil for receipt no later than 1000 CT August 12, 2016.
