- RFI HSTS01-16-I-RFITRX TRX Simulator The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing Request for Information (RFI) HSTS01-16-I-RFITRX for TSA's TIP Ready X-ray (TRX) Simulator program. Please refer to the attached RFI for details. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/COMMENTS ONLY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS RFI IS TO SEEK INFORMATION/COMMENT REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT OF A THREAT IMAGE PROJECTION SIMULATOR SOFTWARE FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION. Vendors must submit responses to the RFI via e-mail to OTDACIQuality@tsa.dhs.gov until November 15, 2016. TSA will not accept submissions after this date. All submissions must include the RFI Title (TRX Simulator RFI Submission) and number (HSTS01-16-I-RFITRX) in the subject line of the email. It is the responder's responsibility to ensure that TSA receives the email submission.
