- The Bureau of Reclamation Albuquerque Area Office has an upcoming requirement for the development, design, and support of Reclamations regional hydrologic database (HDB). Contractor performance will be required to mine the HDB using crystal reports to assist the Government in presenting data in a more usable, comprehensible format. Evaluation criteria may include technical approach to providing Crystal Reports and HDB Support to meet the Government requirement including knowledge of hydrological data and information, knowledge and experience in crystal reporting, management plan to meet project objectives and schedule, price, and past performance on similar requirement. Contractor will be required to submit to and pass a background security investigation due to logical access to secured, Government information. A firm-fixed price contract with a base year plus up to four option years will be awarded resulting from Request for Quotations No. R16PS01561 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, which will follow this announcement shortly. Thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.fedbizopps.gov. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. NAICS is 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services) with a small business size standard of $15.0M. Product Service Code is R499 (Other Professional Services). Prospective offerors must be registered, and must maintain an active registration, in the Central Contractor Registration database found at http://www.ccr.gov. As of January 1, 2005, Online Representations and Certifications must be completed and maintained active at http://orca.bpn.gov.
