- Description
- The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure on a sole source basis, ten (10) one year license subscriptions of UberResearch - Dimensions for Funders integrated analysis software. UberResearch is the only company that can supply the required software offering integrated analysis on multiple types of data (grants, publications, citations and patents), includes both national and international funding resources and allows for individual licenses. The period of performance will be August 6, 2016 through August 5, 2017. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for information purposes only.
