This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F16PS01002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award date is 15 days after the close of this announcement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This procurement is being solicited as a brand name or equal, firm-fixed price, 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. Small business size standard is 1,000 employees Item Description(s): Olympus SZX7 Zoom Stereo Microscope and Accessories (Refer to attached Spec/Parts sheet) Delivery Schedule: Delivery no later than four (4) weeks ARO Refuge Location: Lamar Northeast Fishery Center 227 Washington Avenue Lamar, PA 16848 Terms & Conditions: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. - Quotes will be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable.
