- Sole source justification 1. The 7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB, TX, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the services to maintain and repair the Dynasafe TCV owned by the 7th Civil Engineer Squadron to DYNASAFE US, LLC of 35651 AL HWY 21, Talladega, AL 35160 Cage: 72GU1, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance), small business size standard: $7.5 M. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. 2. Responses shall be sent electronically for this requirement.
