- Aerial Photos Aerial Photos Aerial Photos Aerial Photos MODIFICATION 1: TO INSERT LANGUAGE INADVERTENTLY DROPPED FROM ORIGINAL SOLICITATION. MODIFICATION 2: AERIAL PHOTOS ADDED. TOTAL AREA APPROXIMATELY 1653 ACRES/2.58 SQUARE MILES. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred as a result of this request for proposal. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number 63093141248. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89, effective July 14, 2016. THIS ACQUISITION IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 and the small business size standard is $7.5M. The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC), Mercedes Field Office has a requirement for mowing overgrown vegetation and clearing trees from the North Floodway from FM 1420 at Santa Monica to the end of the North Floodway North and South Levees. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, supervisors, and management to perform the requirement of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please see the attached PWS for site visit information. CLIN items are as follows: CLIN 0001. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide mowing, cutting, herbicide treatment, and related services in accordance with the attached PWS. The Government may award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote is deemed to be the lowest priced and technically acceptable. Technical acceptability will be based on both the offeror's demonstration of ability to satisfactorily perform and comply with all aspects of the PWS, and of satisfactory past performance. Offerors that do not have past performance data available in PPIRS/CPARS for past Government contracts shall provide three references that include a description of the services performed and contact data for the entity for which the service was performed.
