TO: This request for quote is issued July 26, 2016 and will end on August 15, 2016 at 4:00 PM EST and is set aside for 100% VOSB. 2.The Site Visit date has changed as follows: FROM: Monday, August 1st, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. TO: Wednesday, August 3rd, at 10:00 A.M. The site visit is very and highly encouraged and expected prior to submission of quote. Please call 727-399-3340 or e-mail me at matthew.lucas2@va.gov by 4:00 PM on Monday, August 1, 2016 to confirm your intent to participate in the site visit. ALL INTERESTED VENDORS WILL REPORT PROMPTLY AT THE DESIGNATED TIME AND SIGN IN WITH THE CONTRACTING OFFICER WHO WILL BE IN THE MAIN LOBBY. 3.All other terms and conditions within the request for quote remain the same.
