SPECIAL NOTICE HT0011-16-SN-0024 THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE FOR A FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) 19.1506 WOSB SOLE SOURCE This Special Notice is being issued by the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Contract Operation Division Falls Church (COD-FC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201. COD-FC intends to award a noncompetitive contract to TPR Media, LLC, doing business as The Parent Review, for the continuation of Knowledge Management Services for Prenatal and New Parents, pursuant to FAR 19.15 and 13 CFR 127, Woman-Owned Small Business Program (WOSB), and specifically, 6.302-5(b)(7) Sole source awards under the WOSB Program-15 U.S.C. 637(m). This is a Special Notice only. This Special Notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Should your firm desire to submit a capability statement, it should demonstrate the Offeror's experience and expertise to provide the services identified above within the time frame required and without substantial duplication of cost to the Government. All costs associated with responding to this Special Notice will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. NO FEEDBACK OR EVALUATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED TO COMPANIES REGARDING THEIR SUBMISSIONS.
