- This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District is soliciting small business firms to provide Grounds Maintenance Services for DoD Joint Communications and Engineering Support Element (JCESE) in Miami, FL. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements in the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 561730. The NAICS code must be in your registration at SAM.gov. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $7.5M for the past three (3) years.
