Description

AWARD NOTICE The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, has awarded a contract for Reference Laboratory Testing Services for the following VISN 12 VA medical facilities: Oscar G. Johnson (Iron Mountain) VAMC, Clement J. Zablocki (Milwaukee) VAMC, Tomah VAMC, Jesse Brown VA Medical Center (VAMC), Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital (VAH), William S. Middleton Memorial (Madison) VAH, Appleton Clinic (John H. Bradley), Green Bay Clinic (Milo C. Huempfner), and Joliet Community Based Outpatient Clinic). Based on the proposals received in response to RFQ VA69D-12-R-1451 entitled "Reference Laboratory Testing Services - VISN 12", contract VA69D-16-D-0087 has been awarded to Quest Diagnostics, Inc. for the estimated total price (base and all option years) of $13,832,274.60 as it represented the best overall value to the Government. The contract period of performance will be from August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017 with four, one-year option periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
