- NOTE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES All interested parties may participate in a site visit on August 9, 2016 starting promptly at 9:00 a.m. ending no later than 11:30 a.m. There will be no other day or time allotted for this site visit. You must call to reserve your spot and provide information required for entry onto the base. The Point of Contact is Mike Bostock: 910-450-4092, Wireless 770-547-7090. The onsite cognizant contract specialist is Sarah Ream Sarah.e.ream@mail.mil The solicitation will be issued through the FBO website by Friday August 12, 2016. During the site visit you will be allowed to see the Mobile Dental Unit and ask questions of the technical expert. Your POC will meet you at Building 818 located at the main gate of Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. You are required to present the following documents while at Building 818: license, registration, and proof of insurance. This requirement is being announced as a brand name or equal requirement. However, the generator must be a 20 KW generator manufactured by Cummins/Onan. During the site visit you will be allowed to see the Mobile Dental Lab requiring the Door removal and replacement and new generator installation. You will be allowed to take pictures and measurements, and ask questions of the technical expert. Contracting personnel will be present. However, all contractual issues/question should be sent provided to the onsite contracting representative and will be answered on Federal Business Opportunities by the cognizant contract specialist. All question and responses will be provided through Federal Business Opportunities under the solicitation number at www.FBO.gov This Announcement will close at 5:00PM Eastern Time on August 15, 2016. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Procedures in FAR 13.106 are applicable to this procurement. Contract award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable determination/technically acceptable lowest price quote. System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/ All offers shall provide a detailed quote to include design and specifications and pricing. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the offeror to meet all specifications and requirements. Each quote shall provide a Point of Contact, phone number and GSA contract if applicable. Provide business size, DUNs number and Cage code, and payment terms.
