- Performance Work Statement (PWS) Combined Synopsis/Solicitation CLIN SCHEDULE The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss - Texas, has a requirement for religious services of a Catholic Priest in support of the United States Army at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) New Mexico. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Catholic priest services. The Contractor shall provide an ordained Catholic priest with an active endorsement from the Archdiocese of the Military Services, USA for White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) New Mexico. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 813110 Religious Organizations with a size standard of $7.5M. The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is 12:00 PM MST on 30 August 2016. Questions must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM MST on 11 August 2016. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation.
