- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit for a single award, firm fixed-price service type contract for laundry services in support of Navy Region North West Housing, Naval Submarine Support Center, Strategic Weapons Facility-Bangor, and Naval Hospital Oak Harbor. The place of performance location for laundry services pick-up/delivery is at Naval Base Kitsap “Bremerton, Bangor, Keyport, Naval Station Everett, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, and Naval Hospital Oak Harbor WA. This requirement is intended to be negotiated on a total small business set-aside basis as a Commercial service in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors resulting in award of a Firm-Fixed Price, IDIQ Services type contract with a base plus four one-year option periods. Option year pricing will be evaluated. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 2 AUGUST 2016 with a closing date of on or before 26 AUGUST 2016. A complete statement of work will be included in the solicitation. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring this site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the NECO website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by FLCPS. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this procurement at https://www.sam.gov.
