- Washington Headquarters Museum - Morristown National Historic Park The pre-solicitation notice for this acquisition was posted on July 1, 2016. The Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Washington Contracting Office, is soliciting proposals on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis to all small business firms having the capability to perform the work described in the solicitation. Solicitation documents are attached to this notice. Paper copies of the solicitation and associated documents will not be made available. Instructions for proposal submission are included in Section L of the solicitation. Evaluation Criteria are included in Section M of the solicitation. The NPS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract as a result of the solicitation. If awarded, award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. Title of Solicitation: Washington Headquarters Museum Exhibits Solicitation Number: P16PS01882 Prospective Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management website and complete representations and certifications at https://www.sam.gov. Offers received from Other Than Small Business concerns shall not be considered or evaluated. The solicitation including all related documents will be posted to fbo.gov and fedconnect.net. It is the contractor's responsibility to check the government point of entry daily for any changes to the solicitation. The NAICS code is 337212, Custom Architectural Woodwork and Millwork Manufacturing, the size standard is 500 employees. This project is subject to Service Contract Act wages and Davis Bacon Act wages. The estimated period of performance is 450 days. There will be a site visit. Prospective offerors are encouraged to visit the site. The site visit is scheduled for Friday, August 12, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. local time. All parties that wish to attend the site tour must notify Ian Steinheimer at 303-969-2496. All correspondence and submissions shall be in writing only emailed directly to the Contract Specialist with a courtesy copy to the Contracting Officer cited in this notice. Phone inquiries, other than those for scheduling site visits, will not be responded to. The last day for submission of questions is Friday, August 19, 2016. Contractors are encouraged to offer their most advantageous/best proposal not later than 5:00 p.m., EDT, August 29, 2016. Offers not received by the suspense date/time will not be considered for evaluation or award.
