- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy has a requirement for a firm to provide generator maintenance services for U.S. Embassy Seoul, Korea. These services include, but are not limited to, the following types of labor: providing preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance and repair services for diesel electric generators, associated switchgear, wiring, and emergency power distribution systems installed at various Embassy controlled facilities in the Republic of Korea. The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in the middle of August, 2016. This solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps - no paper copies will be mailed. Registration in the system for award management (SAM) is a requirement of the solicitation, and interested vendors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of a quote (See FAR provision 52.204-7, System for Award Management). Please see the RFQ for the actual response due date and for specific quotation requirements.
