- Attachment - 2 Price Proposal Breakdown Attachment - 1 Exhibits A-I Cover page SF-1442 and Solicitation (sections A - M) To: Prospective Offerors Subject: Solicitation number SGE50016R0139 Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Maintenance and Repair Services for the U.S. Consulate General Florence, Italy. If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached documents, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1442 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. A Pre-proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held on August 11, 2016 at 14:00 CEST. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Offerors will not be reimbursed for any expenses incurred to attend the site visit. Interested offerors should contract Gabriele Di Mario at DiMarioG@state.gov to register for the site visit by August 8, 2016, 17:00 CEST Proposals are due by August 26, 2016 at 15:00 CEST.
